In 2004, the rivet nut division became Sherex Fastening Solutions. With over 35 years of experience, Sherex has consistently provided high-quality fastening solutions at the lowest total installed cost. The company has expanded through innovative products, strategic partnerships, and establishing production facilities and customer support centres in Taiwan, Mexico, Akron (Ohio), England, and Poland.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, Sherex was acquired by PennEngineering to be the leading brand and company of rivet nut fastening technology. This has allowed Sherex to take on the popular ATLAS MaxTite rivet nut line, and open manufacturing capacity and capabilities globally.
