Introducing the New RIV943 Rivet Nut Installation Tool

Sherex Fastening Solutions is excited to offer the new RIV943 hydropneumatic rivet nut tool to its wide range of fastener installation systems. This new tool will replace the discontinued RIV942 and Sherex MS100, and bring enhanced capabilities and features over those two aforementioned tools.

What’s New with the RIV943?

The RIV943 has some significant upgrades over its predecessor, the RIV942, incorporating several new features to improve performance and ease of use:

• 32 kN Pulling Force: Delivers unmatched strength, making it ideal for installing larger size rivet nuts and rivet nut studs in industrial applications.
• Wide Range of Installations: The RIV943 and install rivet nuts and rivet nut studs sized from M4 to M12 and unified thread equivalents.
• 1-Phase Cycle: Simplifies the installation process for greater efficiency.
• Direct Force and Stroke Adjustment: Provides precise control over installation settings.
• 5% Lighter: Reduces user fatigue with a lighter design.
• Ergonomic Design: Matches the RIV938 and RIV939, offering improved comfort during prolonged use.
