Sherex threaded plugs are currently in use in numerous automotive and industrial applications including manifolds, valves, steering gear, and transmission housing. These threaded plus are RoHS compliant with trivalent chrome plating.
Sherex SAE port plugs (O-ring plugs) are manufactured to the SAE-J514 standard. Threaded plugs have a standard 90-durometer buna o-ring, with other o-ring plug materials available upon request.
